HEAD OF SCHOOL
Si Fu Paul has studied Wushu or Chinese martial arts for over 20 years under Si Fu Marco at the Chinese Martial arts and Health Centre.
He has studied Hong family fist, Northern Long fist and Yang style Taiji. He has also studied the Purple Cloud Qi Gong system – he has been an instructor of these various disciplines for many years. He has enjoyed frequent trips to take part in Wushu festivals and competitions held in China and the USA. He is a Judge at a national level for both the IWF disciplines of Taolu form routines and San Shou contact sparring.
He is currently living in Taipei learning Mandarin and training at the Taipei Chang Hong Wushu school. He is helping to translate Master Chen Ching Ho’s books on Wushu into English. His goal is to help the art of traditional Wushu become more accessible to students in the West.
